By accessing or using AILinkedPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use AILinkedPost. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use AILinkedPost only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, hate speech, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
2. AI-Generated Content
Content Ownership
Posts generated through AILinkedPost are yours. We claim no ownership over the content you create using our platform.
Accuracy Disclaimer
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your audience. You are solely responsible for reviewing and publishing content. We recommend reviewing all posts before sharing them publicly.
No Endorsement
The content generated does not represent the views or opinions of AILinkedPost or its team.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Plans
AILinkedPost offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro). Paid plans are billed monthly and provide a higher token (post) allowance.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by Raiffeisen Bank Albania via RaiAccept. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months.
Token Resets
Token allowances reset 30 days after your subscription start date (or account creation date for your initial period). Unused tokens do not carry over.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing. We will provide at least 14 days notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Platform
All platform code, design, branding, and UI elements are the intellectual property of AILinkedPost. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Feedback
If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the Service.
5. Limitations of Liability
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AILinkedPost's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indirect Damages
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Termination
By You
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we decide to discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Changes to Terms
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Albania.
